HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM?

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of HALF of the program tuition or a payment from a payment plan program is required to hold your seat.
  • ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE $10.00 per student upon first registration.

Please follow these instructions to register for a program:

1. CALL: Please call JACKIE PICKETT at 778-378-9103 or email chameleonregistration@telus.net to see if there is space available for your desired program.

2. PAYMENT: There are 3 ways to pay your tuition for your program. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of HALF of the class tuition or a payment of payment plan is required to hold your seat.

  • a) CREDIT CARD (VISA or MASTERCARD) - Please call Jackie to pay either the total tuition or a deposit (Half of the class tuition or a payment of a payment plan) with the remaining balance due on the first day of the program or the option to pay with postdated payments.

*Remember to bring in a copy of the registration form for Chameleon Studio on the first day of your program as we need the information about you for our records.

  • b) CASH or CHEQUE - Please mail in a copy of the registration form with your deposit (Half of the class fee) to secure your seat in your program. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the program or the option to pay with postdated cheques.

3. RECEIPT: Keep a copy of the registration form for your records as that is your receipt and will remind you of the program details.


REGISTRATION POLICIES

1. CLASS ATTENDANCE AND REFUNDS: Full attendance is encouraged. Absences will reflect in a student's work throughout a program. There are NO makeup classes for a missed class. If you have to  miss a class, please call us asap to let us know, but please note that there are NO makeup classes or REFUNDS for that missed class. We ask that you do your best to attend all of the classes.

2.  DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a seat in any of the programs. The deposit is half of the program’s tuition (including GST) or a payment from a payment plan program.    
      
3. REGISTRATION FEE: A one time Registration Fee of $10.00 per student is required upon registration.

4. PAYMENTS OPTIONS: Payments can be made by VISA,  MASTERCARD, cash or cheque. We do not accept debit. We will accept postdated cheques with proper ID. There is a $20.00 charge for NSF cheques.

5.  CANCELLATION: Chameleon Studio needs at least 1 week's notice if you need to cancel the program you registered for. You will then be refunded any monies you paid. If Chameleon Studio is not given a week's notice and you paid for your program, you will be given a CREDIT toward future classes for your deposit and your balance will be paid back to you.

6.  All class credits will have a 6 month expiry date from the date of purchase.

7. 24 hour's notice is required if a student needs to reschedule a PRIVATE COACHING session otherwise that student will be charged for session.

8.  If you are a returning student, you do not have to fill out the registration form again and you agree to comply with the above rules for all classes taken at Chameleon Studio.
